Contacted directly by Regional Manager. Phone screening was requested while I was driving. Set up a virtual interview for next day. Went over employment history and community engagement. Interviewer explained 3rd party client.
Hiring Manager was very personable making it easy to speak with during the interview.Ask very standard questions on video interview. I’m looking forward to the next steps in the hiring process

Initial Video Interview that gets a grasp of your experience and knowledge of property management and general landlord/tenant tasks and operations. They ask generic enough stuff like what software you use, where do you see yourself in 5 years, questions about your experience, etc.

It was a phone interview for the first round. General resume questions. Didn't sense any excitement from the interviewer, almost just completing a task for them. Not a great experience.
