Interview
Need to get over themselves. I gave them a ton of free, thorough consulting advice and a seriously involving written test. And I was still only on step four of a six-step interview process. In the end, I was given almost no feedback on why I wasn't selected, despite giving them 12+ hours of my time. They demand way too much of you for a 3.5 star company (Yelp). My fault for putting them on a pedestal and thinking it was a "dream job" - at least I learned that would not have been the case.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Custom Ink (Fairfax, VA) in Dec 2015
Interview
Communication started with a LinkedIn conversation, followed by a phone screening and then an initial phone interview. Shortly after the final phone call, I was invited for a 5-hour long interview to meet with a potential supervisor plus other key team members. I was highly impressed with the interviewers' questions, and, meeting with various people in the company gave me greater insight into the corporate culture.
