First discussed current situation, why I was interested in CustomInk, and their overview of what the job was like. Then they asked some questions and continued discussing benefits and how the overall company operates. Then I took a test that asked me to design a couple of shirts based on some prompts, asked to do some math to prove basic skills, and asked to write an email or two so they could determine writing abilities.

It was extensive but I heard back quickly from the hiring manager after submitting my application and after my interview. It started off with a math review, then a general email prompt, and a mock phone call
