It was time intensive and worth it. I had an online screening, phone screening, and 2 interviews. The whole process took about 3 weeks. Everyone was really nice and welcoming. I didn't feel nervous during any of it.

Interview
First discussed current situation, why I was interested in CustomInk, and their overview of what the job was like. Then they asked some questions and continued discussing benefits and how the overall company operates. Then I took a test that asked me to design a couple of shirts based on some prompts, asked to do some math to prove basic skills, and asked to write an email or two so they could determine writing abilities.
