Custom Manufacturing & Engineering Manufacturing/Quality Engineer interview questions

Wasn't made aware of my position until I started working. The recruiting firm is a temp agency and was told after 90 or less days I would be made an offer. Did things other managers were suppose to do and was told was just waiting on the owner to sign the paper. Was lied to about the whole process.
