Had a phone interview with a recruiter that asked some basic information about my experience, went in for an in person interview with some engineers that seemed very generic and impersonal.

Question 1
Implement a high level LRU cache and doubly linked list from scratch in 1 hour

Interview
I was brought on-site for a one-hour white boarding session. After white-boarding, you actually implement the solution on your machine. Tests knowledge of data structures
Final round is four hours on-site. Some of the interview rounds were technical while others were behavioral. It was very clear that culture and how candidates would fit into Custora was very important.
Really enjoyed the interview process and everyone was so friendly and obviously very happy to be there.

Interview
Great experience. Extremely responsive all around and the rounds were well thought out. Very cool office and seems like a great team with a great product. I decided to go elsewhere but this was definitely one of the smoothest interview experiences I've had.
