it was a group interview we all sat around in a class like setting and they asked simple questions and discussed the job role etc. its basically door to door and if youre not comfortable with rejection and standing outside doors i dont know

Terrible, they would judge you solely on your picture, if you don´t look how they want to, they won't even do a 1 on 1 interview. So forget about the opportunity to even be interviewed.
