Three staff members asked about my past experience and qualifications. They were particularly interested in my capabilities in using MS office. From their interactions with each other I concluded that these colleagues professionally and personally enjoyed working together and that all were well experienced at balancing multiple projects simultaneously. My time working at Cygnus with these and other staff members also confirmed that this company combines an informal culture with a serious, deliberate commitment to maintaining the highest possible standards when seeking and fulfilling contracts.
