a phone call, quick about 5 minutes depending on how many questions they ask. They ask you questions from english to Spanish and vice versa . Once done you go through a second interview where they do the same thing but lengthier. pretty straight forward not a big deal

Over the phone interview, several stages. English language proficiency and interpretation. The over the phone interview and test will have you tell about yourself, and interpret several medical and financial phrases at a time.
