Applied online - received a call several weeks later from a recruiter for a phone screen. Several weeks after that, had an in person interview with several team members in the Walnut Creek office.
Office is cool, people were nice but the process is a total disaster. They are completely incompetent when it comes to notifying candidates about interviews, process and status.
After what appeared to be a very, very positive in person interview, where it was suggested that I would be a strong candidate for a couple of their open positions, I was never able to get a response from anybody. I had emails, phone numbers but no matter how many calls/emails I left, zero response (and zero job offers).
THEN about 4 months after I gave up, the HR manager contacted me asking me to update my resume for another position they had that would be a "great fit". Again, submitted a new resume only to be lost in a black hole of despair and forgotten-ness.
Generally speaking - office seems like it would be fun but the benefits seem weak. I don't think I would want to work for such a disorganized operation anyways.
