The other workers passing through the reception/waiting area spoke and were friendly. They made it a point to make sure I was helped. I waited about 10-15 minutes before the interviewer arrived. The interviewer and I sat in the waiting area. I was asked if I could generate leads and fix the website if it was broke. It was evident that my online application and resume wasn't looked at before speaking to me. I provided my resume and we talked about my experience with my current employer. It wasn't the typical interview. The music was blasting in the call center like it's a club, so I'm not sure how anyone heard what the workers were saying on the phone. I noticed a worker who had an ankle monitor for house arrest and work. I think that's good they hire people to give them a second chance.
