Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We do have a rigorous recruitment process here at CZ incorporating all the stages that you have mentioned. It is frustrating to hear that this, the business travel/holidays which delayed your particular interaction with us has not been clearly communicated to you via the recruitment agency. The post interview feedback appears to have been in factual too. We do appreciate you bringing this to our attention, we are continuously looking to improve on process and will look into refining communications when working with third parties.
