You meet with the hiring manager and then you will meet with anywhere from 1-3 partners pending on what the firm needs at that point. The interview is very laid back.

A couple questions about the CPA exam, other than that it is a very conversational interview, you do not get grilled with typical interview questions it is more to see if you have a good audit personality
