There were 3 stages. First a call from someone within the team to vet the CV, ask questions about why you want to work for the company etc. The second interview was with the marketing manager. This was over Teams, and was casual. I went through my CV, the role and my experience. The third was in person with the head of marketing for the brand as well as the marketing manager. I had to do two tasks for this that look about 4 hours in total. During the interview I chatted through my task as well as experience and the role. The head of marketing put me off this role. He came is gloating about how he had done 4 meetings in 10 minutes (not a great sign for workload), couldn’t answer where this role would be in 6 months, and then couldn’t walk me to the lift because he has so many emails to answer. They emailed asking me to do another task for the role before deciding, which took 3 hours. I didn’t get the role, and felt that the amount they asked for you to do is excessive for the level it is. All during the process salary and benefits were never discussed.
