D S Simon interview questions

I wasn't asked too much about my background and was mostly assessed from my resume. I was asked about the programs I could use. The hiring manager seemed really eager to onboard me based on that initial meeting.

Met with the person who would be my direct supervisor and their manager. Was brought back in a second time to meet with the CEO. I applied for the position from a posting on Craigslist originally- I started at the company as an Assistant Account Executive when I was offered the position in September of 2006. I was able to quickly move up the ranks and after just a few years became the Director of our media and production departments.
