d2 tech is small company. I felt from the interviews that management has an open door policy for all employees. Technology that the company works on is very interesting & promising. D2 tech has a very democratic environment. It makes it hard to take decisions & risks. I got interviewed by 1 senior engineer, 1 principal engineer, 1 director, VP of sales, VP of engineering and the COO. One of the interviews was face-to-face. I was competing with a software engineer for this position. I think the engineering interviewers wanted someone with coding experience, the rest wanted someone with telecom experience. The interviewers were split and couldn't agree on making a call. At the end d2 tech decided to revise the job description and position requirements. I guess they ended up hiring the other applicant. I guess this tells so much about the politics of the company. I received an apology from the staffing company recruiter for the inconvenience..
