DC Group interview questions

Sent in resume, had a phone interview withVP of Technical services that only lasted about 20 minutes and was just a discussion of my experience (20 total years in UPS field service). Followed by a 30 min Skype interview with CEO, received verbal offer during interview and a formal written offer same day.

Everyone in the company seemed genuine and I was excited about the industry. I then met the CEO (or son of the owner), and I felt like I was interviewing for a Jersey Shore reunion show. He couldn’t formulate and finish sentences and was all over the place. Stands up mid interview goes into the bathroom in his office with the door partly open. I kept waiting for film crews to jump out and tell me I was on some TV show. Strangest interview I ever had.
