Following a lengthy interview process, I received an offer on Monday with an anticipated acceptance date (in writing) before or on the Friday of that same week. I had asked a number of questions to the HR Manager on Monday, who got back to me promptly. Over the course of Tuesday and Wednesday, I asked for further clarification on two of her responses and received a note that stated she would get back to me. On Wednesday morning, I received an email from the HR Manager asking for a definite answer to my offer letter. We had a quick email exchange where I asked for her confirmation on one policy I had inquired about the day before, and she had responded saying that it has been escalated and would get back to me. I emailed back that once I had a definite answer to my inquiry, I would give them my decision. Less than 2 hours after that email was sent to HR, DDA Holdings rescinded their offer. I was very excited to work with this company, but it seems that they are severely disorganized and unable to easily answer policy questions. I also found it remarkably unprofessional to request an acceptance from a candidate before a written deadline (also in the middle of the workweek). It seems I dodged a bullet because it's evident that DDA needs to work through some internal issues. Best of lucks candidates!
