I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at DDB Health (Germany) in Oct 2025
Interview
I was appraoched by their recruitment team as they thought I would be a good fit for a role. I had a series of interviews from recruiter, hiring manager, regional head and finally the CEO. All the interviews were great: casual, conversational and considerate. I continued to receive positive feedback throughout the process.
They offered me the role, and then , , , , , , silence. After a week I followed up and they promptly told me they had "changes in priorities". I asked for feedback and just had silence, no response, nothing.
Role offered, and then ghosted. I expected more respect, more professionalism.
If they operate they same way they recruit employees should expect a bumpy ride.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at DDB Health (New York, NY) in Apr 2021
Interview
The interview process consisted of three rounds of interviews. First was a somewhat casual screening by recruiter then HR. Then I met with the hiring manager. Then I was interviewed by the various team leads. Overall interview process was not too painful although it took a while end to end.
