took 5 mins, and when i started the job, they gave me all the grunt work, and complained I didn't take notes on what they were training me on, when all they planned on giving me was filing..
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at DDB (Toronto, ON) in Sept 2017
Interview
Was an excellent process with a friendly team of 5. They took turns asking me relavemt questions about my interest and experience. Then had a one on one with an account supervisor

Interview
Applied online for the role for DDBPR. Heard back the very next day and scheduled a phone interview. The day of, they never called. E-mailed to follow up to reschedule and they never responded or apologized or rescheduled. Nothing. I'd understand if I had the interview and then they cut off communication (I'd assume I didn't make the screening and move on) but to go radio silent after showing interest and without giving me a change is extremely unprofessional. Wouldn't want to work there!
