I interviewed for the position with HR and senior developers. The developers were great, but the process seemed disorganized and rushed. I was cut off in my last question about job responsibilities as they had another person coming to interview for the position. The HR rep asked me to wait outside for two minutes, and then asked if I could wait downstairs for "fifteen minutes" with no explanation. I then sat downstairs for 1 hour and 45 minutes while they interviewed other candidates for the position. It was very awkward. One other candidate was asked to wait downstairs with me, and then they invited him back up stairs before me? After he left I was told I was waiting to meet with the owner, who now did not have time to see me. The HR rep asked me to come back the next week. When I was invited back, I witnessed the owner (who I was supposed to be meeting with, and was late for the interview) very upset with his staff over shelving and storage solutions? As the office is open concept, I noticed the staff appeared unsettled and nervous. I left. Seems like a really strange place.
