Verkennend gesprek waarin cv en interesses binnen het bedrijf worden overlopen. Open en vlot gesprek. Binnenland vs buitenland wordt besproken, ook andere functies worden uitgebreid uitgelegd. Aangename ontspannen sfeer

Interview
Initial contact by phone followed by 2 interviews plus an online behavior assessment. The first interview with HR. The second was a technical interview with 2 managers when some work specifics were discussed and the results of the personality test.
