Interview
Lots of interviews, but very friendly people and a structured process. In the end we didn't come to an agreement, but the experience was for sure positive. Company looks very accessible and people are down to earth. Seems like a nice place to work.
In person interview. Excel tasks. Wasn't hired but the interview overall had a sincere, somewhat down to earth atmosphere. The interviewer was kind and called me, explained precisely why i was not chosen, gave additional feedback and answered any question.

I have no clue where we are in the process. It became normal to interview people, promise them an update, and ghost them...I have been in conversations with them but never got a response.
