Virtual. Very laid back. Very nice and professional. Was my first interview using video but went better than I expected . Seems like a very organized company. Seems like they focus on customer service.
I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at DH Pace in Aug 2016

Interview, personality test. 1 on 1 with a tech quiz. It went pretty good and seemed like a really professional operation. Also had to take a quiz a few times. I think it was called personality test.
