I first went through a phone screening that was essentially a series of behavioral questions. It was more extensive than expected. It took awhile for them to get back to me, but eventually I got an email inviting me to do an in-person interview. The in-person interview was a good experience - I interviewed in front of two people because they were interviewing me for two positions. The interviewers were very friendly and made an effort to not be intimidating. It consisted of standard questions and behavioral questions.
