The whole process was fast and pleasant. If I would compare all my job interviews, the one for DHL was definitely the best. I was very nervous, but the whole interview was just amazing - I was contacted by HR with proposal for online interview. First round was between me, HR and TL. It took hour , but time was just running. Everybody introduced themselves and then conversation included questions about my working experiences, short overview over CV, some more detailed oriented questions about my last job and of course reason why I choose particular position and DHL. To be honest I was really nicely surprised that I really felt that they care and listen. Not only standard questions - I felt those people really want to know what is behind my name. After first round I get follow up call with HR, TL and Manager. I would describe it as recap plus doublecheck if I understand role and responsibilities & technicalities like possible start date, salary expectations etc....I was having enough time and space to ask all my questions.
