Applied through University and interviewed on campus for a Co-Op. Two interviewers, members of the supply chain team. Almost no technical questions. They were very friendly and described the company and the role before asking anything. Asked about past projects and how to deal with potential projects in a team.

Digitales Vorstellungsgespräch, sehr zuvorkommend und nett. angenehme Atmosphäre. Lockere Einstiegsfragen und dann fachspezifisch bzw. auf die Position spezifische Fragen. Erst einige Testrunden mit Abgabetests und vorgesprächen. insgesamt sehr guter eindruck von dem unternehmen.

the interview process was fun and very personal a lot of great faces and personalities to be met and everyone was trying to find the perfect candidate for their warehouse. My advice is to make sure you understand your resume and make a story catered for it and focuses on who you are as a person
