Applied for the job of DHL Warehouse Ops Manager online by submitting CV and covering letter plus few online questions asking for details name, address etc. Was contacted soon after the closing date and invited to complete a competency based video interview. The interview was conducted by Sonnu - automated questions with a time limit to read then a time to answer. Six questions in total to answer into a webcam. All a bit wired tbh! Interview was no longer than 30 mins in total. Including a practice attempt you can watch prior to the real interview.
