Interview
Initial interview where they ask you questions from a sheet of questions they are required to ask you. Heard back the next day that they wanted me to go on to the next interview which is a 2 day event. First day is more lax and network with people in the company. Second day you need to give a presentation about yourself to a group of people that interview you afterwards.

Pretty quick communication with recruiters over email, not a hard interview and they were very kind. Pretty basic questions, I don't think they asked about hard skills. I would say this is one of the better interviews I've had.

They will ask behavioral based questions. There will be 2 people conducting interview. Make sure you answer in STAR method. I think they asked about 10 questions. Be prepared and it will be easy.
