Interview
The first stage of the interview process includes 2 tests. One being a critical thinking assessment and the other being a listening skills assessment. I'd say the listening skills assessment's script is a bit fast-paced but it is manageable as these tests are not to catch us out, it's to see what level we are at. The next stage is the face-to-face interview and be prepared to answer questions like "how would you deal with an anxious caller?" type questions. My interview was very calm and my interviewer was very reassuring with me as I was quite nervous. The overall experience was very nice and the staff were supportive.

Interview
Long winded- it took me 5 hours. The first stage was a written English test and then we had to wait to be called in for a 1.1 interview and then wait again for a telephone assessment in which you kind of did the role. You got scored on your time and accuracy. I got offered the job but they wanted references from every single job previous which was impossible as some of the companies no longer existed. No personal emails or numbers were allowed for it either. Months waiting to hear back for training and eventually my application was withdraw . I will never work for a company so disorganised.
