I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at DICK'S Sporting Goods (New York, NY) in Apr 2016
Interview
Contacted after two weeks and told to go in for an interview. It was a laid back easy experience. The questions weren't hard and based on sports. Basically things like when you showed leadership in a sport. Called back next day and set up a second interview. Same thing with nearly the same questions. Haven't heard back.

Why should we hire you over all our other applicants?
Very easy. You go into an office and they ask you basic interview questions. It was laid back and calm. Although that might have just been because of the person interviewing me.
