I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at DICK'S Sporting Goods (Ann Arbor, MI) in Sept 2011
Interview
This was a job fair for a new store opening. I have significant retail experience. The add stated that they were hiring for full and part-time positions. They only were hiring temporary part time positions with no guarantee of hiring. This was a gross misreprensation of their ad. The interviewer had no answer as to why they only were hiring temporary people.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at DICK'S Sporting Goods (Washington, DC) in Nov 2025
Interview
It was quick and easy. They asked basic questions about yourself and availability. Nothing too in-depth and no questions that required more than a simple, couple-word answer. Overall, the process felt straightforward, efficient, and low-pressure, making it easy to complete without much preparation or stress.
