Prepare for a one-on-one interview with the Department manager followed by the Store Manager. Lots of questions regarding customer service, previous experience if applicable. You may get a few questions where you have to role-play, but nothing out of the ordinary.

Very relaxed, casual, be prepared to be asked about your strengths and your weaknesses. Recommended to dress up in button up, will ask if you have competed in any sports growing up.
