The store manager asked more personal questions about general customer service and they are tricky because they are very open ended questions that require your opinion. be careful

Very relaxed, casual, be prepared to be asked about your strengths and your weaknesses. Recommended to dress up in button up, will ask if you have competed in any sports growing up.
