Hiring is fairly informal and rather brisk. If the opportunity arises, second interviews are often given quickly or on the same day. The personality test administered on our website is overly critical and prospective employees often fail and never have the opportunity.

Question 1
How long do you see yourself with our company. This question is rarely worded correctly, and offers numerous pitfalls. It's nerve racking that the answer to this question, considering the positions applied for, could dock you in your attempt for employment.
Very straightforward. Phone and in person interview. A lot was asked about performance and abilities with examples. Didn't feel strenuous or hard and gave more opportunity to find common ground with interviewer.

Quick and easy. They asked basic questions and there is not much need for preparation. I was only interviewed by one person but a lot of time the assistant store manager and store manager will conduct and interview.
