I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at DICK'S Sporting Goods (Toledo, OH) in Aug 2011
Interview
Meet with the sales manager for about 20 minutes to a half hour. Interview process felt conversational more than a formal process, which put me at ease. Even though there were other people waiting to be interviewed that day, I felt as though adequate time was spent on talking with me. I didn't feel the process was rushed at all.
I interviewed at DICK'S Sporting Goods (Niles, IL)
Interview
Very simple. One phone screen and then an in person interview with the floor manager. Overall very simple process and very few questions. Got offered the position during the second interview.
