I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at DICK'S Sporting Goods (Roanoke, VA) in Oct 2022
Interview
The interview process was fairly easy and straightforward. They asked fairly in-depth questions, so it may be good to prepare for this interview. Most of the questions they asked me dealt with conflict - They gave multiple hypothetical scenarios dealing with conflict and asked how I would deal with them. I heard back within a day with my offer.
