Easy. If you can speak coherently about your sport you are good. 1 one 1 with manager and GM. Talk with HR and you are good to go. Don’t walk in there like a bum.
Very thorough compared to other places but not relative to their current work quality. Have high expectations in interviews for bike mechanics when you are looking at ducks sports goods
