I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at DICK'S Sporting Goods (Columbia, MO) in May 2015
Interview
It was unbelievably easy - the guy spent 30 minutes talking about his time growing up in Phoenix and the other 15 minutes rambling on about other departments and how his life had gotten increasingly stressful. Suffice it to say, it was pretty simple to get hired and I was given the job within five minutes of my second interview.

Interview
Short and Easy. Asked about availability, golf experience such as handicap, clubs, and how much I play. It was a part-time job so I didn't stress too much. It's true that I love and play golf so answers were coming from the heart and interview was more enjoyable than other places.
