      Administrator Interview

      10 Apr 2025
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Calgary, AB
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at DIRTT (Calgary, AB) in Feb 2025

      Interview

First contacted by Recruiter, then moved to hiring manager and final interview was with the director. Questions were pretty standard but on the final interview, one of the interviewers body language was so disengaging that made me feel uncomfortable. It was clear that she had chosen the other candidate, even prior to meeting me. She didn't know how to formulate the question regarding some of programs they use and when I asked for clarification she seemed upset. After 3 rounds of interviews I wasn't selected and I am not bitter, at all, but I feel that at least a call to inform me of the rejection would have been appreciated. Instead, they have chosen to simply reject my application in the system which generated an automatic response. A little disheartened and maybe this speaks for the ratings and comments regarding their culture.
