Take an assessment, then go to the interview, if they choose you from there then you have another long assessment to take and then from those that are remaining around 50 interns are chosen for the internship.

Tell me the defining moments in your life from the time you were born to now.
It was very easy to set up an online interview time. I could fit it into my busy schedule just fine. The interviewers were nice, helpful, and very informative about the hiring process!
It was pretty easy. First a phone call then a technical test. After that another round of interviews. There were not many people who interviewed me. Overall a good experience

Interview
The HR scheduled a phone interview with me after I submitted the application. Later I was told that I am not selected for interviews, which is confusing and I confirmed with the HR person that it was a mistake.
When she called me, she asked about US citizenship before the interview, personally, I think this screening should have been done in the application portal instead of going back and forth like a hustle.
