I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at DISH in Mar 2013
Interview
The whole hiring process took like 3 weeks from when I first applied online to me getting the job offer.
First I applied online in which they made me do a Wonderlic test which caught me off guard
I got emailed about a phone interview a couple of weeks after.
The phone interview was easy. It was corporate who called so it was basic questions asking why I wanted to work for dish? Why should i get this position? stuff like that. They also let me know the job description and the pay.
Once she finished asking me questions she scheduled me for a face to face interview
I showed up to the face to face interview and before the interview started I had to do another Wonderlic test. When i finished that i had the interview, which was a little more nerve wrecking than the phone interview because I was being interviewed by 3 people: The general manager, The warehouse supervisor, and a Human Resources representative. They asked me what skills i possessed that would help me in the job? Asked about the job history relevant to the hiring position.
Once that finished 2 days after the face to face interview I got an email asking for my references, background check, and drug test. Make sure your references are good they will check.
A couple of days later after I turned in everything they called me and offered the position

Interview
The interview was good. The person that interviewed me gave me all the information that I needed to find out about the job So now I have a better perspective of what I’m supposed to do I’ve always worked in warehouses, but this interview definitely made me understand what this position requires of me

Interview
Veronica greeted me with a smile, handshake and pleasant overall demeanor. She started the interview promptly, even though I was a few minutes early, which I appreciate. She was very informative of the day to day tasks involving the job and have a thorough explanation of the environment and what to expect. Her questions were simple and her answers to mine were thorough. All n' all the interview was an enjoyable experience.
