Online test about 45 minutes. Pay close attention to the instructions. About 2 months later got a phone interview. Then about 2 weeks later met a manager at McDonalds for about a 30 minute interview.

I applied online, got a call the next day and set up an interview time through the HR representative. They called me to change the interview appointment three times, but that wasn't really a big deal. On the day of the interview I drove to the office and walked through the front door. The building was empty and there was not receptionist. Eventually the Manager came through a back door and gave a very brief welcome. He took me into his office, asked me a bunch of common sense questions and gave me a paper for a drug test. I took the drug test and passed. I then got a call about a physical exam. I took it and passed. A few days later I got a call from HR and an offer letter in my email. I signed it, returned it, and got another email telling me when and where to report for training. That's basically it.
