I applied online. I interviewed at DISH (Los Angeles, CA) in Feb 2021
Interview
I got an email from recruiter to set up the first interview. The interview was setup for next day. In the morning, she said another recruiter would reach out to me. He called me, told me they are moving forward with someone with more project management experience. He did not even conduct my interview. The call lasted less than 2 minutes. Why did they need to be so unprofessional and waste someone's time when they could have sent a rejection email?
The whole hiring process took more than a month. I had 4 interview rounds and an assessment. Assessment focuses on maths and problem solving skills. Then there's an interview with the Hiring Manager, one more interview by other team members, a panel interview with 3 4 members and finally there's a Bar raiser interview by a leader from other team.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at DISH (Littleton, CO) in Jan 2025
Interview
A little informal. Asking some technical and non technical. I don’t have the Agile experience for what I think they wanted. This would have been for direct contacts not the higher ups.

They asked me a lot about PM, emphasis on management. Not specifically on tech, software, process and procedures.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at DISH in Jan 2025
Interview
I was interviewed by two Product Managers. The interview had a positive vibe and included many reasonable questions. The interviewers were respectful and friendly. I don’t know the results yet, but I finished in a good mood.
