Interview
The interviews with the hiring manager went smoothly however the time it took took from interview to being hired was over a month. Interview first with a recruiter, next with direct manager, and lastly with the department manager.

Question 1
General questions like talking about previous experience and why you want to work at the company.
Straightforward, mostly questions about current network environment. Learned about their network environment. Routing/switching, firewalls, load balancing. SDN/centralized control and management of devices. Multicast mentioned, but not extensively. It was primarily just a back and forth of where you're coming from and what you may be coming into with their network.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at DISH (Denver, CO) in Apr 2023
Interview
HR Round – Basic screening and general questions.
Networking Round – Moderate-level technical questions on networking concepts.
Networking + Coding Round – Combination of medium-difficulty networking and coding questions.
Panel Interview – Challenging round involving in-depth discussion about projects listed on the resume, coding experience, and scenario-based questions.
Refresher Discussion – Review of previous company experience and key responsibilities.
