It was a very comfortable experience, the atmosphere was set well. The team was pleasant, and all questions I had were answered. One of the most stress-free interviews I've ever participated in. I was given a tour of the facility and a little history. The interview was filled mainly with back-and-forth question-to-question.

The interview process was fairly straightforward, I showed up, introductions were exchanged, I was asked a few questions about my background and what i offer to the table. After the questionnaire part, I was given a tour of the part of the warehouse that belongs to Dish, and my interviewer gave me a rundown of what my day-to-day would look like. The manager I spoke with was very thorough in explaining what was expected and very good with making sure as little information as possible was missed So that made the entire process super smooth!

One question that stood out to me was “What have any of the roles you played taught you about yourself?”
The interviewer discussed the details of the job, benefits, company principles, and opportunities for advancement. He asked several questions related to my previous experience in other line of work and my skills would be useful for the job.
