I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at DISH (El Paso, TX) in Mar 2019
Interview
Unnecessarily long and unprofessional. I showed up and none of the interviewers were there. I was there from 8am-12PM. From about 10:30-12PM I was doing absolutely nothing but waiting for the hiring manager. I later found that they had a meeting while I was there. When hiring manager finally came back he said I would hear back from the recruiter, which I never did.
While we’re proud to have made considerable strides in our hiring process in recent years, we’re sorry to hear that this was your experience. We appreciate your feedback.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at DISH (Englewood, CO) in Jan 2015
Interview
DISH reached out to me. There were several assessments that were quite nerve wracking. Other than that, the process was very efficient and what you would expect of a Fortune 200 company.
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at DISH (New York, NY) in Aug 2014
Interview
Interview Process was needlessly protracted and too many steps. First call from Corporate Recruiter was great. Followed by a discomforting recorded interview, and three or four tests for IQ and judgement. When we got to a final phone call, that was when they turned belligerent and accusatory. You know, if you're not interested, just say so. No cross examination needed.

Question 1
It was not so much the questions, as the antagonistic attitude with which one is grilled.
