Interviews were not bad but process took several months to complete. There were also several tests to complete and I'm not sure how much those tests played into the hiring.
The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at DISH (Englewood, CO)
Interview
Overall a good process. Phone call with a recruiter followed by a couple online assessments.
From there, I was brought in for an in-person interview. This consisted of about another hour of assessments (wonderlic and watson glaser assessment), followed by about 5-6 30-minute interviews with attorneys at various levels - including the general counsel. Everyone was friendly and professional. The internal recruiter was also very forthcoming and did a good job keeping me informed every step of the way.
I received an offer a week or two after the interviews.
The process took 2 days. I interviewed at DISH (Englewood, CO) in Apr 2009
Interview
I traveled to Colorado from out of state for this interview. The interviewers were quite pleasant but I had to take a series of 4 or 5 aptitutde tests, numerous phone interviews before, they checked my references, and then I never heard from them for 2 months. Very unprofessional.
