The interview process required you to take three assessments. These assessments literally were irrelevant to the job. These were more like testing you on test taking. In reality, you don’t have to make decision on a timed manner. The most ridiculous questions were setting up a meeting with your group with the following restrictions but do it under 1 min. So all in all, these assessments do not reflect how well you would do in the position. After going through all that, I didn’t get a reply about not being selected when I reached out but instead had to log onto their website to find out. I’m assuming I failed the assessments which is why I didn’t get the position.
