I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at DIY Management Solutions (Rosemont, IL) in Feb 2016
Interview
The whole interview was about a seven day process. I sat down with one of the hiring managers for the 1st onicial interview where he explained to me about there clients, marketing strategies, and a bread job description. I did have more questions but due to time restraints I wasn't able to ask them. Instead the manager asked me to come back for a second interview the following day. During the second round interview I was explained more in depth about the business and the marketing strategies. I had the time to then ask my questions and any questions the manager didn't answer I was able to ask the hiring manager in the last 3rd round interview that happened the same day.

Question 1
Why did I feel their form of marketing was beneficial to their brands.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at DIY Management Solutions (Rosemont, IL) in Jun 2016
Interview
The interview was done over a five day period. The first round interview was a little to quick for my liking but the 2nd round proved to be a lot more beneficial and educational on the position. I discussed pay, benefits, growth opportunity, and goals of the company. I felt the manager I interviewed with was very courteous and answered all of my questions with a clear answer. The 3rd interviews was basically just a wrap up to ask if I had any other questions. All in all a good experience and I felt they were very black and white on job titles/expectations.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at DIY Management Solutions (Rosemont, IL)
Interview
The interview was a three-day process. The first of 3 interviews was very brief where I got to sit down with the owner and he explained to me about the management program in which I applied to. He asked pretty basic questions to get a feel for my experience and what I was searching for. I got an invite to sit down the next day for a 2nd round interview with a manager in the program. Everyone was very clear and concise about the job duties and plans for upward mobility. Directly after the 2nd round I sat down for a 3rd and final interview which was very short interview to verify I didn't have any other questions or concerns with the position. I was then contacted a few hours later to start.
