DKN Hotels interview questions

This company takes its time and is REALLY looking to see if you match with its Culture. You should expect to be interviewed at least three time (including phone.). DKN is also very thorough, so expect your references to be called. Don't sweat the personality test; they just want to see how you fit into their organization. Lastly, the company is extraordinarily transparent. You will know exactly what's expected of you in your position and what pitfalls you should look out for. Overall I learned a lot about myself through their hiring process. This may be the single most effective way to hire people that I've ever been exposed to.
